The introduction should briefly describe context, identify general subject, describe the problem or issue to be reported on, define the specific objective for this report, indicate the overall answer, outline the scope of the report, preview the report structure, and comment on any limitations of the report (e.g. timeline, number of samples, and so on).
It debates the major and minor theoretical issues in the area of study and it examines the results of other studies that are related to the topic of the report.
It explains in details how the research was carried out. This part is often divided into three subparts:
(1) Research samples / respondents
(2) Research instruments / tools or apparatus
(3) Procedures of collecting data.
Findings describes the results of the study and states the statistical treatment used. in presenting the result of quantitative research, tables, graphs, and charts are used to illustrate the results of the study. For qualitative research, the findings are presented using verbal expressions given by the respondents.
Disussion section examines and analyses the significant result and the implications of the findings. The analysis normally shows evidence that supports or contradicts the research questions.
It summarises the key findings of the report as outlined in the Discussion. It should be specific and succint and should relate specifically to the report's objectives (as set out in the Introduction). It should also lead to recommendation
This sections outlines future actions.Therefore, it should be action oriented, succint, feasible, logically related to the conclusion, and arranged in order of importance.
